When you request a viewing or information, you’re asking me to contact you and coordinate next steps. Scheduling depends on availability, access rules, and owner/developer approval.

Professional partners (legal / notary):
I may recommend or coordinate with attorneys, notaries, lenders, inspectors, HOAs, or third-party services. You’re always free to choose your own providers, and you’re responsible for any fees charged by third parties.
