Like many people relocating to the Riviera Maya, I was excited… but also overwhelmed.

Agents would show properties completely outside my budget or ignore what I actually wanted. Some took days to reply. Others seemed more focused on chasing commissions than helping people make smart decisions.
And honestly? It drove me insane.
I realized there was a huge gap in the market for someone who would actually listen, communicate properly, and tell clients the truth — even when it’s not what they want to hear.
